Shipping policy

 

 

At Batchwell, we understand the importance of timely delivery of your products. We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note that during peak periods, there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping your order.

 All orders will be shipped via standard ground service, unless expedited shipping is requested at an additional cost. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered and the shipping destination.

 Free shipping is offered on orders over $30 and will be shipped via standard ground service.

 If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@webatchwell.com and include pictures and a brief description of your experience. We will review each claim on an individual basis and replace the product or issue a refund as necessary. 

 Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or internationally at this time.
